About Refunds:
1. Eligibility
1.1 This refund policy applies to all digital products and Services Purchased through Kray-Z Ghost website.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of the purchase [Order ID] and demonstrate that the product is defective, not as described, or does not meet your expectations.
2. Refund Requests
2.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
2.2 All refund requests must be made in writing and sent throught the Contact Form. Please provide the following information:
- Order number [order ID];
- Reason for requesting the refund;
- Description of the issue or problem encountered.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
3.1 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the refund request is made after the specified timeframe mentioned in section 2.1.;
- If the digital product is a Full Licensed Product, or a Ghost Production [Only Partial Refunds will may be offered];
- If the issue is a matter of personal preference or change of mind;
- If some fraudulent behaviour has been spotted in the customer actions.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once Kray-Z Ghost receive and review your refund request, Kray-Z Ghost will assess its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in section 1.2.
4.2 If the refund is approved, Kray-Z Ghost will issue a refund within 20 days or more using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that Paypal and Stripe may take longer to process the refund.
4.3 If the refund request is denied, Kray-Z Ghost will provide a detailed explanation of the reason for denial.
