Project Templates: License types, Terms and Conditions.

Non-Commercial Use License

The Non-Commercial Use License (free products in general) grants you, the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Item, or items, on your cart). Your use of the Item, under the Non-Commercial Use, is subject to the following conditions:

1. You may use it as a tool for learning purposes.
2. You must not use it for other purposes besides LEARNING.

COMMERCIAL License

The Commercial Use License grants you, the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Item, or items, on your cart).

a. You may use the Item alone or you may incorporate the Item into another track (s) / project (s) you are creating.

b. You may use the Item parts for unlimited track(s) / project(s) you are creating.

c. You must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell the Item, or redistribute the Item alone (even for free), or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.

d. You can also Feel free to tag Kray-Z Ghost in descriptions in the derivative works that you have made, but you may not consider it a collaboration, a feature, or try to associate Kray-Z Ghost image, somehow, to the derivative final work that you have made.

e. You may use the Item:

1. in a music track(s);

2. for sound effects only, in a stand-alone music track(s);

3. in your mixes and/or set(s) and/or public live set(s);

4. in a video production;

5. in an electronic document such presentation or e-book;

6. as part of software you create.

Note: You can use template-based music for commercial purposes if you changed/modified all the main melodies. That's the minimum requirement for Commercial Use License. It is okay to keep drum samples, drum patterns, track structure, effects, synth presets, processing, etc.

f. By Changing the Main Melodies You will be able to:

1. Release on a record label, iTunes, Spotify and all main Streaming medias.(Be aware to sound original somehow, because the content ID and Shazam could be a problem if you let the template the way it is);
2. Use for TV, web or radio advertisement
3. Use in videos, films, trailers, apps, games, or other multimedia.
4. Use as part of a product available for purchase in a store or online.
5. Use it to Unlimited broadcast audience, or a theatrically released film.

Note: Kray-Z Ghost recommend you to make enough template modifications (change synth presets, some drum samples, effects)to make your work sound original, so you will have no hard time when sending a demo to a record label.

FULL License

The Full License of aTemplate is pretty similar to a Ghost Production Product Terms, except by the fact that Ghost Productions are sold only once to one Exclusive buyer, Otherwirse, Templates are sold in different kind of licenses and prices.

The Full License grants you, the Purchaser, an EXCLUSIVE and TRANSFERABLE RIGHT to make use of the item you acquire (Item or items).

After the purchase of a Full License, the Item will be removed from Kray-Z Ghost Stores and Social Medias, and it will never be for sale ever again in his Stores or have previews in his social medias (have in mind that this may take a few hours or days to be made after your purchase).

By purchasing a Full License you will be able to:

1. Exploit the rights of the Item you acquired;
2. Sell and/or resell the Item;
3. Release it as your own song on a record label;
4. License, sub-license or re-distribute the Item or offer to do anything with the Item;
5. Reproduce the Item as it is or just a part of it;
6. Register the copyrights under yourself, or your alias or even a company.

Note: Any infringement of these terms and conditions will result in a rescind of all rights given.
